The walk takes you down into Devil's Kitchen, where glaciers carved a narrow chasm through jagged volcanic rock, then up onto Glyder Fawr's plateau — a chaos of vertically fractured columns where the lava cooled and split. Two kinds of time reshaping the same stone: ice working from outside, cooling from within.
