Icelandic Winter — Adventures Through a Windscreen
Windscreen photography in extreme conditions — ice, rain, spray on glass, the vehicle in motion. South Iceland in February gave me the full range: clear black sand desert to blizzard whiteout, moments of absolute clarity and near-zero visibility. High shutter speed, high ISO, no guarantee. What survives are moments where the constraint becomes compositional — a van isolated against white, mountains glimpsed through mist and glass, roads disappearing into emptiness.
