I came for the meteor shower under clear skies. October fog and heavy rain took that. But the cliff-top at Craig Cerrig remained — the view down into Fforest Fawr's valleys, the farmed landscape below lost in mist at dusk. Spooky voices during the night: other hikers passing in the dark without torches.
